Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec

Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec is the Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Zagreb School of Economics and Management where she has lectured, managed international projects and mentored hundreds of students on business plan development since 2006. In 2011, she began her leadership of the US Department of State funded project Invest for the Future which aims to unite women through entrepreneurship by creating collaborations to learn, network and earn both online and offline. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degreee under UNESCO Chair for Entrepreneurship, Dr. Slavica Singer at the J.J. Strossmayer University in Osijek, Faculty of Economy. Her thesis is centered on visualizing social entrepreneurship in Croatia, a theme that she has been committed to since 2002. She has been on the NESsT Business Advisory Network since 2008 and held a seminar on Creativity for social entrepreneurs at the inaugural Ashoka University held at Duke University in 2011. She was a Visiting Professor at Rouen Business School France from 2010-2013. A graduate of Rochester Institute f Technology in Rochester, NY, she helped start up their first overseas undergraduate program in Dubrovnik, Croatia in 1997.

Dr. Kyleen Myrah is an educator, professional speaker, entrepreneur and active member of her community. Makedonka Trajkovska

Makedonka Trajkovska is an activist, entrepreneur, professional, and consultant in the area of international development, public affairs and public policy, women’s rights advancement, resource mobilization, management, including human rights, advocacy, sexual and reproductive health, and gender based violence. Ms. Trajkovska has been working for many international organizations including United Nations agencies such as UNDP, UNFPA, and UNICEF on field, at national, regional, and headquarters level. Furthermore, she has been active society member as a founder of relevant civil society organizations like Citizen Association MOST, Macedonian Women’s Lobby, Vizija, Mladi Info, and latest the LEAD, Global Institute for Women in the United States. Additionally, she is a co-author of many policy briefs, national strategies, publications and case studies.

As a Fulbrighter, Ms. Trajkovska strongly believes in the power of education in public diplomacy and professional career development. Namely, she has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a EU Master in Political Management, and Executive Master in Public Administration degree from Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University. Andrie Penta


Andrie Penta studied Marketing and Business Management in London where she also acquired the Advanced Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing London. She was in charge of marketing and communications at EY Cyprus. At the same time she graduated with Distinction from London and was awarded a Masters degree in Strategic Marketing. In 2008 she founded Penta Marketing Art, which provided marketing and public relations solutions for private and public companies. In 2010 she founded the Cyprus Image Institute after obtaining the title of Certified Image Maker (with attendance in London) and joined as an associate member of the Association of Image Consultants International. At 27, Andrie was the youngest nominated Ambassador for Female Entrepreneurship for Europe, serving since then as a business advisor and mentor. In 2013, Andrie was designated as the Goodwill Ambassador of the Hope in Life Foundation and a Cypriot Woman of the Year (2013) finalist. She enjoys regular and extensive publicity in local print, online and television programmes, and have been interviewed for various publications in the US, Denmark, Holland and Greece. Between 2013-2015, Andrie focused on delivering soft skills trainings and business related consulting. As of 2015 Andrie is fully employed by Globaltraining at the University of Nicosia, under the PR/Marketing Manager and Soft Skills Trainer status.

Relevant Training Experience

Soft skills trainings including communication skills, marketing, branding, customer service, professional image, entrepreneurship and business and social etiquette delivered to a number of well known private and public organisations in Cyprus and overseas. Some examples would be: the Cyprus Productivity Centre, the Electricity Authority of Cyprus, the University of Nicosia, Eureka, FrouFrou, Scandia, Cyproman, the University of Cyprus, the European University, Accounting and Legal Service providers and the Mediterranean Management Centre. Employability trainings have been undertaken between 2009-2013 on projects ran by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. International assignments include Georgia, the USA and China. Recent overseas assignments include the Middle East.
